Somers Beach provided the perfect backdrop for this Montana couple's photography session. Soft natural light, an open shoreline, and the peaceful waters of Flathead Lake created a setting that felt romantic, authentic, and effortlessly beautiful.

We explored every corner of the beach — from quiet stretches of sand to playful moments in the water. As the sun dipped lower, waves splashed around them, creating images that felt alive, emotional, and full of movement.

This session was all about the small moments that make love feel real. Sweet glances that lingered just a little longer. Hands held without thinking. Rylie proudly showed off her engagement ring. Genuine laughter echoed across the water as they splashed in the waves like kids with nowhere else to be. Rylie and Justis share the kind of love that can’t be staged. It’s joyful, playful, and deeply rooted in friendship. When they’re together, it’s clear they’re best friends first — partners in crime who choose each other every single day. Their connection is full of inside jokes, natural chemistry, and that comfortable closeness that comes from truly knowing one another.
