Macy’s Senior Studio Session at MD Gallery

 

Senior year is such a special season, and capturing it with Macy was an absolute blast! We met up at Montana Diaries Gallery Studio in Columbia Falls, and from the second we started shooting, I knew this was going to be such a fun session.


The MD Gallery Studio is the perfect place for senior photos. With its mix of fabric and paper backdrops, we had endless opportunities to play with bold, high-contrast looks. The owner of the studio is the sweetest — she created such a welcoming environment that made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Macy is one of those people who just gets it in front of the camera. She’s a natural poser, effortlessly shifting into new looks and angles without missing a beat. Every shot felt so true to her personality — stylish, confident, and kind.


She brought a variety of outfits that showcased different sides of her style, from casual and playful to chic and polished. Each look highlighted a new layer of who she is, and it was such a joy to document all those versions of her.


To set the mood, we played some country music in the studio, which added such a fun, laid-back energy to the shoot. Macy danced, laughed, and fully embraced the spotlight, and the photos radiate that joy. You can truly see her confidence and personality shining through in every frame.

What made this session so special was not just the photos we created but the energy of the day. Between Macy’s sweet spirit, the creative studio setting, and the fun atmosphere, it all came together to make for a senior session I’ll never forget.
